NDIS IN-HOME CARE IN IPSWICH & LOGAN

Hilltop Caring has vast experience when it comes to working with NDIS participants in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support covering all aspects of daily living. From showering to eating, to cleaning the home or getting in and out of bed, our fantastic team of carers will make you feel so comfortable that you can breeze through your day and focus on your life goals. We don’t just provide services in inner Brisbane - we welcome participants in Ipswich, Logan, Redbank Plains, Browns Plains and Loganholme. 

TOP OF THE RANGE COMMUNITY NURSING 

Hilltop Caring is highly experienced in providing community nursing in South East Queensland, Ipswich and Logan. Our registered and enrolled nurses come to you with premium clinical care delivered in your home. We’re able to provide specialised nursing services such as insulin administration which many NDIS participants require. We also offer wound care, PEG feeding, general medication management and heart rate monitoring. Hilltop Caring community nurses also have substantial experience in caring for participants with high care needs. 

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN BEENLEIGH, JIMBOOMBA AND SURROUNDS

NDIS participants can sometimes feel isolated from their communities, but at Hilltop Caring we aim to change this. Our community access support services extend beyond Brisbane and the Gold Coast into Ipswhich and Logan, including areas like Flagstone and Tamborine. We recognise that people in these areas may not have an abundance of choices when it comes to high quality disability services, so we’ve made it our priority to make sure that all those with special needs in these satelline cities can stay connected through our community participation programs. Learn a new skill, meet friends and develop life skills with our social and community programs in Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich.

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

Hilltop Caring also offers SIL in your home anywhere in Ipswich and Logan. With this service you can have a support worker come to your place of residence everyday, including 24 hour care. We help out with daily living activities, getting on with housemates, cooking and so much more. If you’re in transition to a permanent home, or waiting for a vacancy, we offer medium term accommodation (MTA) for up to 90 days. To help you live more autonomously, we offer independent living options (ILO) as one of our NDIS support services in South East Queensland, Logan and Ipswich. This allows you to choose your most preferred living option whether it means living with a family member, other participants, or with a support worker. The purpose of this particular service is to get you living as independently as possible for your own future wellbeing.
